How Jazzhere handles personal data, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

This website has no contact form. When you tap LINE, email or phone, you leave this site and the conversation happens in that app — we never receive or store your details here.

This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising, no social embeds, and the fonts are served from our own server. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set one security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated bot. Both of those are strictly necessary, so there is still nothing to consent to — which is why you are not being shown a cookie banner.

We use Cloudflare (content delivery, storage and security) and DigitalOcean (server hosting) to run this site. They process data only on our instructions, under their data processing agreements. Because both operate global networks, data may be processed outside Thailand; their contractual safeguards are what we rely on for that transfer. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
